Huali service agreement

Thank you for your purchase in good faith, as huali user, you will have our following services: 

Product quality assurance period: Electric use within one year from the factory shipment or not more than two years


Service program: supporting plants to phone or fax the form of detailed information (including the motor number, the factory date, defects and customer address, telephone, etc.) has informed me of the company, such as Foreign customers also need to provide electronic maps of damage to motor .My company, after receiving the notice , 24 hours to foreign customers solutions and domestic customers within 48 hours of service at the scene. 

    The quality of solutions: Make sure the electrical is quality problems, if at home can be the local repair and maintenance costs from my company, or 20 working days for customers to replace the same type motors; if abroad can also be the local repair and maintenance costs from motor factory, but can not exceed half the price of motor, or 20 working days from the production of our company with the models to support the electrical plant, by supporting the electrical plant is responsible for matters relating to foreign replacement. 

    If foreign customers really want to field service ,if it is confirmed that the quality of electric ,service costs borne by our company, If it is not the quality of the electrical damage, cost of services by matching clients with factory consultations. 

Service statement 

● Turn the motor, the white short-circuit are quality problems, but due to overload electrical insulation run lead to the destruction caused by short circuit or damp insulation lower after short-circuit caused the problem, so not belong to the manufacturing quality problems. 

● Motor rub heart belongs to quality problems, but the installation of a different heart or overload run lead to bearing damage caused by rubbing heart problems do not fall into the manufacturing quality. 

● Motor broken shaft or the installation of supporting the use of electrical fault caused by an irrational or parts damage does not belong to the manufacturing quality problems. 

    The above does not belong to the manufacturing quality of the problem, my company could be paid according to the customer service requirements.
