The frame is the main parts of the motor, greatly affects the uniformity on motor interchangeability and air gap. Base of general small and medium AC asynchronous motor, most of them are easy to deformation of the thin-walled castings, the structure, process and machining are more complex, the motor manufacturing technology of key components. Cast iron grade Y series and Y2 series HT150, HT200, Y2 series base thickness is Y series thinning 0.5~2mm. 

    Frame main processing surface: core and stator outer circle with the inner hole, and the end cover with rabbet and end face and foot bearing surface. The main processing technology requirements are as follows:

1. Base core files, and both ends of the mouth of the size, shape and position tolerances must be accurate, otherwise it will affect the assembly, such as the core file is too large, not the fixed iron core, small will burst frame.

2 Center, high foot hole size A, B, C, K size should be accurate, otherwise there will be the phenomenon of difficult installation.

3 to ensure that the base ends rabbet and core gear coaxial shaft, as is not good, will cause uneven air gap, wipe the heart.
