The components of the motor shell must be tested after hydrostatic test for one minute. The test results are qualified by discontinuous dripping, and the following points should be paid attention to when doing hydrostatic test:

1. for hydrostatic test, the parts must be handled with care, and pay attention to the protection of the explosion-proof surface, prevent knock.

2. after water pressure test, parts of the internal water and foreign body clean, to prevent rust, after drying parts, processing surface and bolt and screw thread surface, must be coated with rust proof oil before assembly.

3. the water pressure test site must have protective measures to prevent casting broken and laceration in the test.

4. parts stacked in the storage process, cardboard or thin rubber pad plate to prevent bump between layer and layer.
